"I love this gym so much, I started going when I was relatively new to lifting and the environment is WAY better than the YMCA I was going to before. I was kind of worried that a bodybuilding focused gym wouldn't be a safe/ welcoming space for women but I feel super comfortable and I've never had any creepy experiences there. If I kept going to the Y I would have never gotten this into it, the equipment and music are great. The bathroom is super nice too, there's a positive message on the mirror with a baby changing table and drawers for spare pads/ tampons/ hair ties/ spray deodorant/ etc."
